Project Description
Phase 1 Refurbishment and Alterations to the luxury 4-star Cuillin Hills Hotel in Portree.
Works incorporated the formation of 3 new premier bedrooms, a new fine dining restuarant (The View Restaurant), new informal Brasserie and kitchen alterations.
Key to the successful delivery of this project was the very close involvement and support of Wickman Hotels from early design concept through to completion.
CRGP Ltd provided Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design and CDM Co-ordinator roles. Principal contractor was Compass Building and Construction Ltd, who completed the project within the 13 week programme.
Phase 2 works, planned to commence late 2012/early 2013, will include further bedroom upgrades and new link extension to the hotel annexe.
