Project Description
Grade B listed building refurbished to form 9 luxury flats.
CRGP provided Architectural Services and were employed by the principal contractor Compass Building and Construction Services Ltd, for the Tulloch Homes Group development.
CRGP worked closely with Historic Environment Scotland and the contractor to ensure that the refurbishment was completed with care and respect to the building and its character. Original materials will were reused where possible and ornate cornicing was replicated in principal rooms.
