Project Description
Middlesex Street Phase 2 is a recently completed new build development in collaboration with CBC and Southside Housing Association. It follows the completion of Phase 1 completed by CRGP in March, 2016. The development involved the construction of 24 flats over four storeys, and completes the corner of the Middlesex Street and Paisley Road West. The project focused on tying in Phase 2 with the previous development in regards to the material palette, massing and style.
