New headquarters for Contractor Pennant Civil Engineering Ltd in Oakbank, Livingston.
CRGP Ltd provided Architect/Contract Administrator, Project Manager, Project Monitor and CDM Co-ordinator services, for this new Office/Workshop for Pennant Civil Engineering Ltd, part of the Harte Group (WJ Harte Construction)
The new building is one of the first in West Lothian to meet the new SPP6 government standards on carbon emissions, with a highly insulated fabric and a rainwater harvesting system.
The project was completed on time and on budget and the Client has expressed delight with the completed building.
