Project Description
CRGP have carried out an extensive refurbishment of St Gerardine Primary School in Lossiemouth, the scope of work involved the upgrade of the existing building fabric to meet current standards along with an extensive renovation internally.
The project also involved a two classroom modular extension along with the extensive internal refurbishment of the school, these two elements combined allowed a new nursery to be created and a new SEN base to be incorporated within the school.
Additional works also involved a MUGA which was funded by the school’s PTA, the RAF and Sports Scotland, this providing an all-weather sports pitch for the school and local community.
The works were carried out in phases allowing the school to remain fully operational throughout the 18 month programme. The works have provided the local community with a modern and more functional school.
