Project Description
CRGP through Project SLAM have constructed over 2200 bed spaces within the Infantry Training Centre at Catterick Garrison.
The completed developments at The Infantry Training Centre, were a central element of the single living accommodation modernisation (SLAM) programme undertaken by the MOD to provide high quality accommodation for services personnel enlisted within all divisions of the Armed Services.
The master plan has provided new accommodation for ranks from Recruits to Officers, it has also included the construction of a trainee mess The Beharry Centre and a Warrant Officers and Sergeants Mess.
Also provided within the overall masterplan development are – a new parade square, a memorial garden and rationalisation of the car parking provision within the base.
