Project Description
A masterplan exercise was under taken for Normandy Barracks to rationalise the living accommodation and provide new mess facilities . The feasibility study consisted of a detailed master planning exercise of the overall Barracks to include approx 1400 trainee bed spaces along with an Officers Mess accommodation. The masterplan proposed to carrying out the works across four phases to allow existing living accommodation to remain in use while works were under taken. The initial phase of the works of trainee accommodation has been completed.
