Project Description
The project provides single living accommodation for 64 personnel along with ancillary facilities in a flat type configuration. The building will accommodate Junior Ranks Officers who are an integral part of the Training Battalion and Support Battalion of the Infantry Training Centre at Catterick.
The project provides 64 bed spaces within a four storey steel construction build. The accommodation is arranged in two wings each comprising of utility areas, common rooms and single living bedrooms with en-suite accommodation. The building is the first completed under Project SLAM by CRGP Ltd, this is the first of many phases of works within Catterick and has set a high standard for the proceeding projects.
